A beautiful traditional flint terraced house set over three floors within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre. With flexible accommodation to suit two families or even an elderly relative as the ground floor can be used as an annexe.
Ground floor: Front door leading into hallway, with doors to: The ground floor offers self- contained accommodation that has with a kitchen/breakfast room with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash basin. Double bedroom. Sitting room with feature fire place, TV, DVD player and double sofa bed (please advise if you wish for this to be made up).
First floor: Stairs leading to the first floor, offering a second kitchen and lounge/diner with TV and DVD player. Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Single bedroom. Family bathroom, with bath, WC and wash basin.
Second floor: Steep stairs leading to second floor, with: Double bedroom and Twin bedroom.
Please note: Outside: enclosed, shingle / patio area to the rear of the property with seating. There is a parking space for a small car at the front of the property. Amenities: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Location: beach 350 metres, pubs and shops a 5-minute stroll. Stairs to second floor bedrooms are steeper than normal.

It would be good if one of the kitchens had a washing machine. Wifi would be a welcome addition. ”
