A pleasantly light and comfortable modern town house, close to the town centre, Poppy Line Railway and within easy reach of the sea front, shops, restaurants and the glorious North Norfolk Coastline.

Ground floor: Front door leading into small hallway, with door to: Shower room with WC and wash basin. Door to: Family room/bedroom with a single bed having the ability to pull out another bed to make a king sized double as well as a double sofa bed, this room is intended for children.
First floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to: Lounge: with TV and DVD player. Kitchen: with gas hob electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Second floor: Stairs leading to landing with doors to: 1 double bedroom with king size bed, 1 twin bedroom. Family bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Washing machine and dryer located on the ground floor. Outside: A small paved area to front with a bench. Amenities: Parking space, WIFI. Accept pets £10.00 per week. Please provide own bed linen and towels (owner can supply linen and towels for £12.00 per person, if required please advise how many people and beds being used upon booking). Location: beach 750 metres, pubs and shops a 5-minute stroll.

“Very well equipped house, very comfortable beds and its nice to have a king size bed too. Sofa was very comfy too. Very welcoming to have a Xmas tree and decorations. kitchen was really well stocked with mugs and crockery.”
