A beautifully refurbished former fishermen's cottage only 150m from the beach and town centre in the seaside town of Sheringham. With its flint, fronted appearance and convenient location, this stunning semi-detached cottage, will not disappoint. Outside there is a sheltered courtyard garden with raised deck over the babbling stream, perfect for alfresco dining. From the property, you are minutes away from a wide, clean and sandy beach (blue flag awarded); one of the best beaches in the UK. Sports lovers will benefit from the many cycling routes and surfing facilities on offer close by. Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall and other museums/attractions are a short drive away.
Ground floor: Lounge: with TV/SKY box and woodburner. Kitchen: with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine (situated in utility room), microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, leading to the Dining room: with dining table and double doors leading to the garden. Family bathroom, with a shower over the bath, wash basin and WC.
First floor: 1 double bedroom with king size bed and 1 twin bedroom. Shower room with wash basin and WC.
Second floor: 1 twin bedroom (accessed via a steep staircase)
Please note: This cottage has varying levels and steep stairs making this unsuitable for the less mobile. Outside: courtyard garden with a deck over the stream (fenced for safety) with table and chairs, with flower beds. Amenities: bed linen and towels provided. Wi-Fi, 1 parking space to the rear of the property (accessed via Regis Place off Cliff Road), Storage for bikes/surf boards etc available in garage. 1 well behaved pet welcome at £25.00 per week. Location: beach a 4-minute stroll, local shops a 3-minute stroll.
