Stunning ground floor apartment with double aspect windows allowing the light to flood into the room, comfortably accommodating four adults in two bedrooms, this property provides a wonderful location for exploring the countryside and coast. West Runton is an appealing seaside village offering a blue flag beach, grocers, cafe and village pub.
Ground floor: Entrance hallway leading to a spacious, light open-plan living area with dining table and seating for four, with ample comfortable seating on two large sofas and a TV. Kitchen area with integrated electric oven and hob, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and central island. 1 Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. 1 Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Shower room: shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Amenities: allocated parking space. Towels and linen provided. Wi-Fi. Sorry children under 16 years not permitted. Location: beach and West Runton train station are a 7-minute stroll and the local shop a 4-minute stroll. Please note this property is close to the village pub.

“Getting the keys from the office in Sheringham was problem free. We made use of Tesco car park which gives two hours free parking. We also picked up essential supplies.
As soon as we pulled up outside we knew we had made the right decision. The exterior of the property is very well maintained, with numbered car parking spaces. Outside the lounge window is a lovely bench, allowing you to make the most of the afternoon sun.
The smell was the first thing which hit us, as we opened the apartment door. It was so fresh and clean. Our high expectations were not flawed as we explored. Indeed it was like a ‘Show Flat.’ Immaculate! We both wanted to take the cleaner home with us. There were lovely touches such as fresh flowers, biscuits, tea and essentials such as anti bac spray and soap, along with a couple of dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls.
In both rooms the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage. There were mirrors of all shapes and sizes and hot water was in abundance. The shower was extremely powerful, fabulous after a day on the beach, to wash sand away.
The kitchen’s exceptionally modern and fantastically equipped. The cooker was something out of the Krypton Factor and provided an hours worth of laughter trying to turn it on. The manual is detailed but... well once you get the knack it’s fine.
We had the pleasure of meeting the sister of the owner, as we were leaving. It gave us the opportunity to say thank you for an amazing stay. This has to be the cleanest, most well equipment, self catering apartment between us, we have ever stayed in.
You will not be disappointed!”
