This house has been recently and significantly extended and renovated to provide a very comfortable holiday home with a modern, contemporary interior.

Ground floor: Entrance hall, leading to Lounge: with TV/Sky and wood burning stove (logs supplied for first use) and open plan kitchen/dining/family room: gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, central island with stools, dining table, sofa, TV and patio doors leading to the garden. Downstairs WC with wash basin. Utility room: washing machine and tumble dryer.
First floor: 1 double bedroom, with TV and en-suite shower, WC and wash basin, 1 twin bedroom with TV and 1 double bedroom. Family bathroom: with walk in shower, freestanding bath, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Outside: enclosed south facing garden with established flower beds ~ a real sun trap in which to enjoy those long, lazy summer evenings! Amenities: bed linen and towels provided. High chair and travel cot available (please provide own bedding), 1 well-behaved dog permitted at £20.00 per week (dog bed and water bowl available), 2 parking spaces to the front of the property, Wi-Fi. Location: beach a 12-minute stroll, local shop a 1-minute stroll. Please note front door is not used, access is via the side door.
