“We couldn't have asked for a cottage more perfect...It was beautifully appointed, clean, modern and spacious. The location was ideal for dog walking being so close to Beeston Common. Also great for the beach and access to the sea. We loved it. Thank you so much.”

“We have stayed in Beeston view 3 times now. Its a great house and has plenty of space and anything you may need. ”

Edward J

“We had a stunning week at the cottage with sunshine every day which enabled us to do miles of walking on beaches, dunes, nature reserves and heaths seeing the fantastic wildlife of Norfolk.
Were able to sit and have our dinner every evening of the week on the patio in lovely sunshine with the swifts screaming over the rooftops.....magic!!”

“Don’t be deceived by the look from the front, that this is a small house. It’s tardis like. It’s been tastefully extended and decorated, and offers first rate family accommodation. Plenty of room for a family, with there being three bedrooms, one of which as a very large on suite with shower. The kitchen diner is excellent and has patio door onto a very pleasant enclosed garden. All rooms have TVs and the property offers free wi-fi. We’ve stayed there a number of times and have never been disappointed.
If I was to be critical of anything, it would be the parking. There is room for two “average “ sized cars. But a bit comfy for larger cars due to the front garden wall, and modern cars having larger doors than in the past.
The house is ideally located for access to sheringham town centre, and walks up Beaston Bump. Tesco’s is a ten minute walk away, plus there’s a small convenience store just over the road from the house
All in all this of a real gem of a property. ”

“Had stopped in a property nearby so new location which is just a nice 15-20 minute walk from the beech. So impressed with property as were my two sons. Property was immaculately presented and fitted out. Stylish throughout with many nice touches would definitely recommend.”
