This wonderful barn conversion is on one level with all the space you could wish for – great for family gatherings and groups of friends. With a huge kitchen and dining area the kitchen combines modern appliances with chic country styling. The main open plan living space has comfortable sofas with Bi-fold doors leading onto the paved terrace with a large table and seating for 8. The ideal place for a summer evening BBQ or quiet drink. There is a separate sitting room with wood burner and original beams and has the TV, DVD player and a selection of DVD’s, books and board games. Tern Place also has a laundry room, ideal for washing crises after a trip to the beach or a wet day on the estate. With four large bedrooms there really is plenty of space for all the family. This is a great house for all ages as all on one level inside and wide doorways to make getting around the property is easy.
Ground floor: Front door leading into a stunning open plan Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Kitchen with two ovens; one combi-microwave and one fan, fridge and freezer, dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble drier, separate cloakroom with washbasin and WC. Lounge: with 50” TV and DVD player. Dining table which easily seats eight to ten people, two comfy sofas and chairs. Huge double glass doors lead into the cosy drawing room, with sofas and arm chairs around the huge log burner and a large LCD TV with Freeview and DVD. Glazed door opens onto a decked area with stairs down to the courtyard and swimming pool. Hallway leads to: Large master bedroom with en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin, Double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin. Two further Twin bedrooms share the family shower room with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Coal BBQ and tools supplied, underfloor heating, WiFi, Freesat, TV, DVD and CD Stereo, local information, maps and guides, a selection of books, games, puzzles and DVD’s, lockable shed for bikes. High chair, cot, changing mat and for your 4 legged friend, a dog bed, dog towels and bowls. Outside is a gravel parking area for 4 cars, plus a large stone terrace with quality garden furniture. There is a small grassed area and the front of the barn is surrounded by newly planted raised beds for shelter and privacy. 2 x well behaved dogs are welcome.
Fireworks are not to be launched/let off at The Lowes as they have animals, young children and wildlife, sparklers are ok. Nor the letting off of helium balloons or paper lanterns due to concern for wildlife and littering.
5 Star Gold rated by Visit England. With shared use of a heated, indoor pool (closes 8 pm), two hard tennis courts, children's play area with climbing frame and netted trampoline. Please note that this property has an arrival time of 4.00pm onwards and unable to accept a Sunday arrival.
