With a clever mix of contemporary and antique furniture this extremely comfortable and well equipped 2-storey apartment offers both peace and privacy right in the heart of this pretty seaside town, popular with golfers, birdwatchers, walkers and explorers of the North Norfolk coast.
Ground floor: Door into entrance hall with 2 flights of stairs leading to:
Front door, opening into hallway, with doors to: Kitchen/Dining room with table and chairs, fridge and freezer, Dishwasher, Delongi coffee machine, electric oven with electric hob, microwave. Hallway cupboard: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Lounge: with fireplace, TV with Freesat and bay window. Double bedroom with TV. Shower room with walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Staircase leading to upper floor.
Upper floor: Double bedroom in eaves: with a double bed (can be split and made into two 2ft,6 twin beds (please advise upon booking if required), TV and sofa. Ensuite Bathroom: bath with hand held shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.
Please note: Amenities: Outside: Off road parking for 1 car. External electric vehicle charging point available. Amenities: bed linen and towels provided, iron and ironing board, pets not permitted. Children permitted over the age of 12 years only. Location: beach 0.2 miles, local shops 145 ft.

Clean and well equipped. Does overlook car park but then It is very central and even has it’s own designated parking. Had to stay fit walking up 3 flights of stairs.
But, cannot emphasise how much we enjoyed our stay.
