About this Lodge
The Artist’s Studio is located on the edge of Kelling village and boasts amazing views over farmland and woods (perfect for watching buzzards flying overhead or deer frolicking in the fields), in a truly peaceful location - perfect for a romantic getaway! It was once the painting studio of Anthony Benjamin, a well-known and respected Norfolk artist.Ground floor: Gravel path leading to veranda and front door leading into a stunning open plan Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer. Lounge area: with TV with large glass windows looking over the garden to the front which open to allow access onto the covered veranda, ideal for al fresco dining or a relaxing sunny day snooze. Dining table, comfy sofa and chairs. Double bedroom: with a 5ft carved French farmhouse bed and lovely views out to farmland and woods behind. Shower room: with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
Garden: There is an enclosed garden laid mostly to lawn with shrub borders to the edges at the rear of the property, with a paved patio area, perfect for BBQ’s or just to sit and relax in. There is plenty of parking with a short walk up a slightly sloping path on gravel to the front door. Once on the veranda, the property is on one level. 2 x well behaved dogs are welcome at £30.00 per pet per week - a bed, towel and bowls are provided.
