About this Barn
A rather stunning barn conversion, set within the grounds of the owners’ home and part of a small, select barn complex, this is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Somewhere to chill out and relax, but also an extremely well-equipped and luxurious base from which to explore this lovely part of north Norfolk. Explore the country lanes on foot or bike or drive the short distance to the seaside towns of Cromer or Sheringham.
Driftwood Barn is a generously spacious newly restored barn with Norfolk flint and red brick walls, terra cotta pan-tiled roofs and vaulted timbered ceilings, in a lovely rural location.
Ground floor: Front door leading into the open plan Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: with electric oven, four burner gas hob, built in full size dishwasher, Smeg fridge with ice box and microwave. Lounge: with 32” TV and DVD player. Door to: Master bedroom with king-size bed and exposed brick and flint wall. Family bathroom: with bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.
Please note: Shared access to the garden, Wi-fi, satellite TV, underfloor heating throughout. Welcome Pack. Bed linen and towels provided. Parking. 2 x well behaved dogs welcome at £20.00 per pet per week. Location: local pub, fish and chips and shop approx. 15-minute walk. The barns heating, and hot water is by biomass burner, carbon neutral in terms of climate changing carbon emissions. There is a rainwater recovery system and solar panels for electric. 'A' grade CO2 emissions certificates for all the barns.
