About this BarnBarnacle Barn, part of a small select complex of barn conversions, is your own 1690 grade 2 listed gorgeous hideaway, set within the grounds of the owners’ home, this is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. An extremely well-equipped and luxurious base from which to explore this lovely part of north Norfolk. Explore the country lanes on foot or bike or drive the short distance to the seaside towns of Cromer or Sheringham.
Ground floor: Front door leading into the open plan Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and combination microwave with oven and grill. Lounge: with 32” TV with 3d (3d glasses supplied) and DVD player. Family bathroom: with walk in shower with body jets, mini bath, wash basin and WC. Steep, narrow staircase: leading up to vaulted and beamed mezzanine bedroom with king-size bed with skylight (limited head room).
Please note: Private small enclosed garden, with access to shared gardens, Wi-fi, satellite TV, underfloor heating throughout. Welcome Pack. Bed linen and towels provided. Parking. 2 x well behaved dogs welcome at £20.00 per pet per week. Location: local pub, fish and chips and shop approx. 15-minute walk. The barns heating, and hot water is by biomass burner, carbon neutral in terms of climate changing carbon emissions. There is a rainwater recovery system and solar panels for electric. 'A' grade CO2 emissions certificates for all the barns. Please note that the door from the kitchen is to be used in emergencies only as it leads into the owners private garden area.
