About this Holiday Chalet
This comfortable, detached chalet is located on the popular Kings Chalet Park in Cromer. The site comprises of approximately 10 acres and is just a few minutes' walk from Cromer's lighthouse, beach and cliff top walks. It provides a peaceful location for a family holiday, with lots of space for children to play safely and a playing field nearby for ball games. Close by there is a scenic cliff-top walk that takes you from the Chalet Park to the centre of Cromer town with its great choice of restaurants, shops and cafes. A walk in the opposite direction takes you to the Royal Cromer Golf Club - a highly regarded coastal course with spectacular sea views.The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with 2ft 6” beds. Family bathroom: with shower over bath, towel rail, sink and WC. Open plan: Lounge/diner/kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Dining table with four chairs, two easy chairs and sofa, TV with DVD player and electric oil-filled radiator and space heater.
Outside: Set in a slightly elevated position overlooking a large communal lawn with established flower beds.
Amenities: Communal parking spaces close to the property. Location: beach 900 metres, shops a 15-minute stroll. Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Small well behaved pets welcome at £20.00 per pet per week. Please note: there is a £1 slot meter for electricity, which only accepts £1 coins.
