“If you want a quiet place to stay, within a short walk of the beach, this is the place. Plenty of space and nice enclosed garden, would certainly recommend.”

“Very spacious accommodation. Ideal for large or extended family. Good location in pleasant Village.Very enjoyable stay and would definitely return. ”

“We had a good holiday in the cottage and it was ideal for our family of grandparents, parents and young toddler. Having three bathrooms was a bonus. We could walk to the beach at Mundesley, and the shops and cafes. The beach is great for families. A short drive to other places along the coast - we only had time for Cromer and the steam train to Holt from Sheringham. ”

“We were a little bit worried about parking as we couldn't find any information on this. They said there was only parking for one car outside the house but you can fit 2 small cars or you can just park on the road. The house was very spacious for the 8 of us. It's a little tired but I found it very clean and we thought it was really good value for the money. The garden was lovely and a very big kitchen with underfloor heating what a treat. The beach was under 10 minutes walk and the village had everything we needed. Perfect location to go out and see beautiful Norfolk. Just a little problem the bin was full when we arrived and there was no info on recycling or where the bottle bank was. Otherwise we had a really lovely time and would definitely come again.”

“This is a superb property for a family or group of golfers of 5 or 6 (and would easily sleep more). It was big with enough bathrooms to go around. The garden too was lovely, catching the sun for a morning tea. Very conveniently located to stroll down to the Ship, the Royal, the village centre or the beach.

“The property was exactly what we needed for a family of 7 and a dog. Enough space, clean and 10 minute walk to the playground and beach. Bonus points for the doggy bowls and kids toys! Thank you.”

“Coming into Dairy Court & the outside appearance of the house is a good looking house. The only thing that lets the house down is the parking for just one car but one guest parked on the road & that was ok. There is plenty of space for those who wished to social distance & to be honest once you’ve formed your bubble everything was good (Lateral Flow Tests being done). The house is clean & warm even though we didn’t have the heating on with plenty of hot water. The bedrooms are spacious as are the bathrooms ……with lovely white fluffy towels …….. & the bedding was good too. Nothing to complain about about this house …….. wishing we were still there…… a lovely relaxing time with good food, plenty of falling down water……best of all good friends & wall to wall sunshine ☀️ 😎….Even the dog was relaxed !!!”

“We had a great weeks stay at this beautiful family home. Just a 10 min walk to the beach. Very comfortable!”

“We were looking for somewhere for a break on the North Norfolk coast. There are just the two if us and two dogs, so this place was much larger than we needed. That being said it was cheaper than a lot of much smaller cottages. It is a very nice, modern, large house on the outskirts of Mundelsy. We walked to the beach most mornings down quiet roads. Close by at the edge of a new development of houses, was a water meadow with an all weather path, ideal for early morning dog walks. The house is large modern and we enjoyed the luxurious under floor heating, as did the dogs! As we were staying at the very end of the season the property was looking tired in some areas, but was very clean. Mundesly itself has a good choice of takeaways, which due to lockdown we used instead of the local pubs or restaurants. Highly recommend the Thai takeaway options from the local Chinese, and the oversized burgers from the takeaway. It is a great place to base yourself from for touring the North Norfolk coast, and is convenient for all the wildlife and bird watching attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking to escape the madness that is 2020”

“Booked a week at Dairy cottage as we needed a larger than average property as their were two family groups during the covid pandemic. We occupied three bedrooms and utilised the three bathrooms. Plenty of space downstairs too. A fully equipped kitchen and a useful utility room as you entered the property. The only problems we encountered were with the door on the microwave and fridge in the kitchen and the shower dial in the second floor shower room. The house was very comfortable and very clean. It's a bit of a walk to the beach if you have elderly relatives but only a couple of minutes by car. We havd a Fab takeaway from The Sage Chinese and enjoyed coffee and cake in several of the coffee shops on the front. We visited The Ship on several occasions including Sunday lunch, which I wouldn't recommend, but an ok atmosphere in the bar. It's a good
base iff you intend to visit the resorts around north Norfolk.”

“The whole family loved our stay at Dairy court. The property had everything we needed and more. The location was quiet yet very conveniently situated. A short walk to the beach. Surrounded by beautiful walks along the coast as well as inland. The bus service ran to Cromer for a day crabbing. The local Chinese takeaway was nice and local shops such as a butcher's fishmongers chemist and post office. The small Tesco is a short walk away also. The property suited our needs well with 3 bathrooms 5 bedrooms and a downstairs loo. We had lots of space and enjoyed our mealtimes around the dining table and evening's playing games. The garden was great for a bbq and badminton/archery which we brought from home we would recommend the property and area for a good old traditional holiday. We would love to return in the future.
