This superb and stylish, well presented three-storey traditional flint faced cottage boasts many period features, including an Aga oven and exposed flint wall, whilst embracing modern comforts. This exceptionally well-equipped cottage is located a short walk from the award-winning beach, shops and cafes and boasts off road parking and a courtyard style garden.

Front door leads into the Hallway: door opening into open plan Lounge/dining room: with two sofas, TV, comfortable chairs and feature fireplace. Dining area: large oval table with eight chairs, flowing into another seating area: with a sofa and armchairs; French doors opening to the courtyard garden, Kitchen area: with Aga, twin electric wall ovens, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, breakfast table and four chairs, microwave, TV and Nespresso coffee machine. Utility room: with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Downstairs shower room: with walk-in shower, WC and washbasin. Staircase with feature flint wall, leading up to second floor.
Second Floor: Hallway with doors to: Double Bedroom: with double bed, hanging rail and chest of draws. Twin Bedroom: with two single beds, hanging rail and chest of drawers. Bunk Room: bunk beds (suitable for children). Family Bathroom: with bath, sperate shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Third Floor: Steep stairs leading to hallway with doors to: Principal Bedroom: double bed, TV, wardrobe and window seat with views across the Sheringham roof tops to the sea. Shower room: with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.
Outside: The rear courtyard garden has a bench, cast iron table and chairs plus charcoal BBQ. Allocated parking spaces for up to 2 cars.
Please note: Location: beach 0.1 miles, cafes and shops a 3-minute stroll. Train station a 7- minute walk. 1 x well behaved dog welcome at £20.00 per week.
