About this Ground Floor Apartment

This superb, modern, ground floor apartment situated in Kings Court, is only yards from the sea front and only a short stroll to the town, allowing time for both a quick shopping fix and some time to relax and unwind whilst talking in that fresh, salty sea air!

Ground floor: Communal entrance hall with front door leading into hallway, with doors to Principal Bedroom: Double bed, built in wardrobes with en suite shower room, WC and wash basin. Bedroom: Double bed (can be made into twin beds, please advise upon booking), chest of draws and hanging rail. Family bathroom: with bath, shower over, WC and wash basin. Bedroom: Single bed with desk and chair. Lounge/diner: with Smart TV, comfortable corner sofa, dining table with 5 chairs and patio doors leading onto the patio. Kitchen: with electric cooker, electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Outside: patio area to the front of the property with seating.

Please note: Amenities: Bed linen and towels provided. Allocated parking space. 1 x small, well behaved dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Cot and highchair available. Location: beach 250 metres, pubs and shops a 7-minute stroll.

“We found this gem of an apartment at the last minute as our previous holiday was double booked. Great location short walk to the beach and town. Two large bedrooms and two good sized bathrooms and a spare room. Extremely clean and modern. Beds really comfortable. Very quiet. Allocated parking so no need to fight for a space. Would definitely recommend and use again.

“We had a lovely weekend with lots of things happening and slept well in our perfect flat. It was in a good location not too far to walk to the town. There was plenty to do in the town and a number of pubs and restaurants to eat in. Enjoyed the train trip to Holt although the cost of £30 per person was a little expensive.

Owners really pleasant and helpful on Sunday when we couldn’t open external door to the building. It wasn’t under their control but they contacted someone for us. That problem was fixed. “A beautiful, modern, well appointed and also very clean holiday apartment. It was great being so close to the promenade and to the town centre without it being noisy. “Ground floor flat in immaculate condition. Clean and well equipped. Thoughtful design ensured we had everything we needed. In fact we were so impressed that if we had been looking for somewhere to downsize to this would be ideal. Car parking at the back (space 7 near the door) it was well placed to walk into town or drive to the lovely countryside. I recommend visits to the Priory Maze and Gardens, Hillside Shire Horse Sanctuary (not just horses!), Sheringham Park, Holkham Hall and beach both (National Trust) and a ride on the North Norfolk Railway which just happens to start at Sheringham! Quick thank you to Gayle at Keys Holiday Cottages who was most helpful during our stay. Sea Renity is one of the best holiday holiday lets we have stayed in and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore North Norfolk.”

“The holiday let had everything we needed it’s own parking space although you could normally park nearby if you have other people staying, Being on the ground floor was good no stairs to climb easy access the accommodation was very well appointed with good quality furniture and fittings which made it a very pleasant place to relax all in all a very pleasant place to stay we will definitely go again.”
