About Us

With over 90 wonderful holiday cottages based in and around the stunning north Norfolk coast, we are here to help you find your perfect self-catering holiday.

With over 50 years experience providing exceptional self-catering accommodation to many generations, all our holiday properties are around north Norfolk. Beachfront, coastal or countryside, we can help you find the holiday of your dreams. Whether you are seeking a holiday home with amazing sea views, a rural retreat with scenic views, a stunning cottage in the heart of a coastal town, a romantic getaway or a property large enough for a family get together, we have something for everyone.

Sheringham has safe, clean beaches and sea and has again been awarded a Blue Flag in recognition of this. The Little Theatre presents plays by the excellent repertory company throughout the season and The Reef Leisure Centre offers a swimming pool and gym. The North Norfolk Steam Railway runs regular trips from Sheringham to Weybourne and Holt.

Cromer also has safe, clean beaches and sea. There is a four-screen cinema all year round and the pier, with its new lifeboat house, has a first-class "end of pier" show during the summer season.

Our particular part of North Norfolk offers many opportunities for walking through peaceful countryside and along the scenic coastal paths. Several properties owned by the National Trust are within easy reach and the Royal Estate at Sandringham is about an hour's drive from Sheringham.

“Poppy Cott - We had a fabulous winter stay - we even had some snow! The cottage is very comfortable and cosy. It was lovely and warm and welcoming when we arrived. We appreciated the wood burner and settled down to read our books and admire the views of Beeston Bump. Parking was perfect and it was very easy to walk into Sheringham. We were pleasantly surprised to see so many shops open in Sheringham at this time of year, even on a Sunday. There's lots to do in the area. We'd love to return. Katie H”
