Louise heads up our holiday lettings arm, Keys Holiday Cottages, based at our Sheringham office.  She is responsible for recruiting property owners, inspecting properties, liaising with and advising owners, as well as marketing to holidaymakers through traditional and online channels.

After studying at the City College Norwich Hotel School, she has fulfilled a number of customer service roles in the hospitality and travel sector in the UK, Italy and the US, and was most recently sales and marketing manager at Lyndford Hall Hotel near Thetford.

Having travelled so much, she is pleased to be returning to north Norfolk, which is where her family lives, and rediscovering the area again, finding places to walk her two Pekinese dogs.  Her ambition is to visit the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu in Peru.
