Traditional, steeper than normal, staircase leading to first floor landing.
First floor: Twin Bedroom: with two single beds. Family bathroom: walk in shower, WC, pedestal hand basin. Stairs to second floor.
Second floor: Stairs lead directly into Double bedroom with stunning sea views, low, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and 32” HDTV with Free View.
Please note: Wi-Fi. Stairgate. Location: beach 96 yards, local amenities 34 yards. Situated between Lifeboat Plain and High Street, close to the Lobster Inn and public carpark. Staircases are slightly steeper than usual. Low head height in double bedroom. Whilst there is no parking at the property, the Cliff Road or Station car park are close by and both weekly and annual passes are available to purchase. 4pm arrival time. 2 x dogs welcome at £20.00 per dog, per week. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Linen provide, please bring your own towels.
