This attractive, traditional brick and flint semi-detached house has been renovated and now boasts lounge, dining room with kitchen off leading out to the lovely patio garden - the perfect space for al fresco dining and with driveway parking this house will suit a family or friends looking for a short break. Located on a quiet, residential street, yet close to the beach, shops, cafes and train station – so why not leave the car and explore the area on foot or by train or bus!
Ground floor: Entrance porch with door leading to: Lounge: with two comfortable sofas, TV with Freesat and electric fire. Door leading through to: Dining Room: with table and four chairs, fridge freezer and Traditional Turning Norfolk Winder Staircase (steeper than a usual staircase). Door to Kitchen: with electric oven with electric hob, microwave and washing machine. Door to inner lobby with door leading to rear patio and garden. Door to: Downstairs family bathroom: with bath with handheld shower attachment over, washbasin and WC.
First floor: Steep stairs leading to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom: with King size bed, bedside tables, hanging rail and dressing table with door to Ensuite: with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds, bedside table and hanging rail.
Amenities: Outside: Off road driveway parking for up to 2 cars. Amenities: bed linen and towels provided, 1 x well-behaved dog at £20.00 per pet per week (not allowed upstairs). This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Location: beach 0.3 miles, local shops 0.1 mile.

“Having found Phillips cottage online through Keys we were very eager to get in and settle down for our break we were not disappointed. The cottage was ideally located just off the main street with level access to the shops and all amenities. It was quiet and comfortable with good in house extras. “Have stayed In Sheringham a few times and Philps Cottage was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy this great seaside town, literally a minutes walk from the High Street shops, cafes , Pub and other great shops ( what High Streets used to be like with varied shops catering for everyone ) . Phiips Cottage was also ideal as off street parking on its own drive and a lovely lawned and patioed rear garden. The Cottage itself was spacious , warm and well appointed .<br />

“A beautiful well equipped cottage in the heart of Sheringham. The cottage is well equipped and was very clean. The rear garden provides a comfortable place to sit and relax and unwind. The shops are close by and a few minutes walk from a Tesco store. Local businesses on the doorstep. Buses and train station for days out are within minutes walking distance. Personally I would prefer a firmer sofa and a higher double bed mattress but that is a matter of taste; the ones provided are quite suitable.<br />

“Lovely comfortable cottage, that made us feel comfortable straight away, quiet street just off main Sheringham street. Easy access and parking space is a real positive. Stairs are narrow and step, not an issue to an able bodied person. Added bonus of a shower toilet in upstairs main bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again”

“The cottage suited my Bichon dog and myself very well. Everything was in excellent order and all very comfortable. Very handy for the main shops and promenades. However, all but one of the fish and chip shops were closed by 7pm and the other by 8 so don&#39;t leave fetching supper too long.”

“Nice house very clean good location great enclosed back garden ideal for the dog only problem the double bed is more like a large single so not suitable for two adults.<br />
Please note that this bed has now been changed to a king Size Bed.”

“Lovely cottage, everything we needed included, very private and close to all amenities, only one downside it was advertised as a double bed but it was a small double definitely not big enough for 2 grown adults and very uncomfortable, we would love to stay again if the bed was changed. -<br />
