This attractive, traditional brick and flint semi-detached house has been renovated and now boasts lounge, dining room with kitchen off leading out to the lovely patio garden - the perfect space for al fresco dining and with driveway parking this house will suit a family or friends looking for a short break. Located on a quiet, residential street, yet close to the beach, shops, cafes and train station – so why not leave the car and explore the area on foot or by train or bus!
Ground floor: Entrance porch with door leading to: Lounge: with two comfortable sofas, TV with Freesat and electric fire. Door leading through to: Dining Room: with table and four chairs, fridge freezer and Traditional Turning Norfolk Winder Staircase (steeper than a usual staircase). Door to Kitchen: with electric oven with electric hob, microwave and washing machine. Door to inner lobby with door leading to rear patio and garden. Door to: Downstairs family bathroom: with bath with handheld shower attachment over, washbasin and WC.
First floor: Steep stairs leading to small landing with doors to: Double bedroom: with King size bed, bedside tables, hanging rail and dressing table with door to Ensuite: with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds, bedside table and hanging rail.

“Lovely cottage, everything we needed included, very private and close to all amenities, only one downside it was advertised as a double bed but it was a small double definitely not big enough for 2 grown adults and very uncomfortable, we would love to stay again if the bed was changed. -<br />
