A beautifully maintained, ground-level chalet offering easy access and a cosy atmosphere for your next Cromer holiday. Located near the park entrance for ultimate convenience, this chalet is perfect for families or couples seeking a quiet base within walking distance of the beach and town centre. Just a few minutes' walk from Cromer's lighthouse and cliff top walks.
The 12 acre woodland and park land site offers a great location for a family holiday, with lots of space for children to play safely and a playing field nearby for ball games. Close by there is a scenic cliff-top walk that takes you from the Chalet Park to the centre of Cromer town with its great choice of restaurants, shops, and cafes. A walk in the opposite direction takes you to the Royal Cromer Golf Club - a highly regarded coastal course with spectacular sea views.

From the nearest carpark on the chalet site, walk over the communal lawns. along the path to the chalet, to the front door. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 2 x double bedrooms with wardrobes. Family shower room: with walk in shower, sink and WC. Open plan: Lounge/diner/kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster. Dining table with four chairs and 2 leather sofas and armchair, with wall mounted TV.
Outside: Set in prime position overlooking a large communal lawn with established flower beds. Please bring own bed linen and towels. Amenities: Communal parking spaces close to the property. Location: beach 900 meters, shops a 15-minute stroll. Two well behaved small dogs welcome at £20.00 per pet per week.. Please note: electricity is provided via a meter (top up information will be provided with confirmation). Arrival time from 4pm, departure time by 10am.
