“We had a lovely stay at this property with our 10 year old daughter in a very quiet location. Would highly recommend.

“We had a lovely weeks holiday in this very comfortable and warm house which is well situated in a very quiet area of Sheringham. It has a lovely sunny sitting out area to the front which we enjoyed and well tended gardens to both front and rear. All in all a very pleasant house with everything we needed and I would definitely recommend. Should we decide to revisit the area we would look to book this property again.”

Geoff P

“Lovely comfortable clean spacious house. Great location near to shops and beach. Very quiet. Nice to have a parking space.

Sarah K

“We have just returned from our first visit to St Austin’s Grove - hopefully it won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived at the lovely peaceful location in Sheringham we were very impressed. The position is excellent for both countryside and costal walks (great for dogs). Shops (a plethora of independent shops including butches, bakers, fishmongers, gift shops as well as Tesco). A multitude of eclectic cafes, restaurants and take always. Easy access to the Coast Road for days out. The house itself is welcoming, beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and everything you require is provided. It was a real wrench to leave! We hope to return in the not too distant future.”

Helen S

“Really loved this cottage, the decor was nice, the facilities good and the rooms well thought out. Lots of hooks in bedrooms for hanging stuff up and plenty of wall sockets for plugging in multiple devices! Three large sofas provided ample seating for 5 of us. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the town/beach, all on the flat if needs be. Kitchen did feel a little cramped at times but this wasn’t actually a ‘problem’. Mattress in single bedroom was extremely bouncy and could probably do with an upgrade but other than that I’d give the house 5 stars!! ”

C Stocks

“The cottage was lovely - very clean, and exactly as described. It's in a great location - walking distance from the sea and from the town. We managed some meals out in the local pubs (emerging from Covid lockdown), and swam numerous times in the sea, and had some fantastic runs along the coast. All in all it was a perfect week.”

C White

“Just back from a wonderful week at St. Austin’s Grove in Sheringham. The flowers in the garden alone were a picture!”

“Our 3rd stay here so we must like it!!”

“Good location, liked the parking. Everything we needed.”

Ms M

“Nice surprise as washing machine in house!”

Mr and Mrs L

“The addition of an en-suite shower was lovely. The washing machine was very handy, plenty of hot water. We had a great holiday!”

Sharon T

“Lovely house, exceptionally clean but did find sofas a bit low for us.”

Mrs D

“Location excellent, lovely house, bright and very clean, well looked after.”
