“We stay at Kelling Heath 3 or 4 times a year and have stayed at this Caravan 5 or 6 times now. It is extremely comfortable, spacious and and well equipped. The location on the Park suits us for Dog walks and proximity to Parks & Sport field for our 13 year old son.
Highly recommend. Keys Holidays are a pleasure to deal with, thorough, prompt and friendly.”

“This is the second time we have stayed at Kelling heath , first time in this lodge and it was just beautiful. It’s has everything you could possibly need and was spotless. We had a lovely time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.”

“A lovely holiday home, quiet, secluded location but not remote. Everything provided. Warm and cosy. Already booked for next year at the same price! Condition and facilities are a credit to the owners. Nelson, our pug loved it too 🐶❤”

“We have been coming to Kelling Heath for many years for our holidays, so we have stayed in a great deal of caravans and lodges in that time, and feel that we can give an honest review.
We found 476 to be a very comfortable lodge, spotless clean, spacious, very well equipped, and quality furnishings throughout, and its location is an added bonus. Another feature that appeals to us being dog owners is having a large enclosed garden around the lodge to be able to let the dog out without fear of him wondering off, and also having the porch on the side is so very useful before entering the lodge. We would most certainly come back to 476, and would have no problem whatsoever recommending this lodge to friends and family. We truly enjoyed our stay at 476. ”

“We were recommended this lodge by a family member of the owner. When we arrived we were thrilled to find such a lovely well equipped lodge. Everything we could have needed was provided. A real bonus for us was the securely fenced garden area so our dog could wander about freely. Usually we visit Kelling with a tourer but being unable to currently this was a wonderful way to visit one of our favourite places to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lodge.

“This is our second visit to Plot 476, although we have been visiting Kelling Heath for many many years. The caravan is extremely comfortable and the added extras not usually found in caravans of Washing Machine and Dishwasher are really great. The caravan is located on a lovely quiet part of the park but still with easy access to all the park facilities and lovely walking in the woods next door to the park.”

Clare R

“We have been visiting Kelling Heath for my whole life!, frequently for the last 10 years. Plot 476 has been our favourite for the last 5 years with the previous caravan that occupied the plot, for its private yet sunny spot on the park. We were very sad to see it go at the end of 2020, so imagine our joy when the new kid in town was spotted in May 2021and was available to hire!

The Dorchester at 476 did not disappoint. Everything we loved about the location on the park, with the added bonus of roomy, very comfortable, extremely well equipped accommodation to boot. Perfect”

“476 Kelling Heath was excellent and we could not fault it at all. We would recommend it to any of our friends ”

“First stay in North Norfolk and blown away by the location. The accommodation was very well maintained, very clean and in a lovely spot. Our Parson Russell terrier’Woody’ was taken by the outside space and all the walks on our doorstep. We had some great walks along the coastal path and a great time on the stunning beaches especially Wells next the Sea. Cromer and Sheringham were lovely too. Great food at the Recruiting Sergeant and the Vernon Arms and some great fish and chips along the way. Loved it and will definitely return!”

“We spent two weeks at Kelling Heath in The Dorchester caravan. It's the most comfortable caravan I have ever stayed in and was a real home from home. Everything you could want was available to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.
The caravan was immaculately clean, well appointed and the beds very comfortable. The main bedroom had a walk in dressing room and the en suite has a lovely bathroom suite to suit everyone. It was warm and comfortable and I could not recommend this caravan enough. You would not be disappointed.
Can't wait to go back!”

“Kelling Heath is a fantastic site, with lodges spread across the site, set in woodland and surrounded by nature, that provides for an idyllic family vacation. The accommodation was excellent. The lodge made great use of space, was extremely well furnished, very comfortable and clean. The site provided ample amenities and activities to keep an 8 year old entertained, as well as providing a great base to explore the magnificent North Norfolk coast. Hope to return soon for another memorable family holiday.

“Beautiful, spotless and spacious. Wonderful lodge. Located in the wood but with plenty of light. The sun hits the front veranda. Dogs welcome, with a dog bowel and small treats provided. Great location for bike rides and walks. Facilities are good on site. I would definitely return.
