An opulent detached house, with a pleasant mix of conserved history and modern furnishings. Boasting well-designed accommodation throughout, the house is perfectly located within a few minutes walk of the sea front and beach whilst all the local amenities of Sheringham are on your doorstep.

Ground floor: Grand entrance hallway with doors leading to: Lounge: with TV and DVD player, bay window letting in lots of light. Dining room: with large table seating 6 and patio doors leading to courtyard garden. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave with door leading to courtyard garden.
First floor: 1 double bedroom with a King size bed with a single bed which has an additional pull out bed, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. Bathroom: with roll top bath and separate shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. Additional WC and washbasin.
Please note: Wi-fi. Please bring own bed linen and towels. Driveway parking (narrow). High chair available. Regret no pets. Location: beach 220 metres, pubs and shops a 5-minute stroll.

“Lovely house in a lovely town, everything about this holiday rental is top notch, from the lovely spacious bathroom to the well equipped TV and DVD setup with high quality kit for a home cinema feel. There was plenty of space throughout and a well equipped kitchen, and space at the side of the property to park, which most houses in the area didn't have. The town is also well worth the trip to Norfolk with good beaches, good pubs and some really, really good restaurants. We're very likely to go back.”
