Ground floor: Communal entrance lobby and stairs leading to first floor.
First floor: Front door leading into hallway with doors to: Double bedroom: with king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Single bedroom: with single bed and chest of draws. Family bathroom: with electric shower over bath, WC and washbasin. Lounge/Diner: with sea view, comfortable sofas and balcony, 42" TV. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

“Great apartment, wonderful position with balcony and sea view. Space for car. Had a good week despite very cold weather for June. A couple of points - Guest book mentioned some guests getting welcome pack, some not. We didn't. This needs to be consistent. Also, hand rail on wall by bath would be good as it is rather slippy. Otherwise excellent.”

“Our return to 10 Vista Court was just as good as the first time we stayed in May. A great location, close to everything in Sheringham town, having designated parking is always a bonus too. Very comfortable place to stay with most things you need. Hopefully we’ll return again next year.”

“We had stayed in a couple of these flats back around 1990 with family members who are no longer with us. Therefore a lot of nostalgia and happy memories. Did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well enough equipped. There was a cold wind so we spent much of the time in the flat looking at the sea through the lovely windows with occasional trips out along the prom. Had we wanted to go out and about it was a great location and we had our own parking space partly under cover. The small bedroom is small with one bed. Our son is 6'5" so the room was a little small for him but for one week, hardly an issue. The microwave looked at first sight like something off the bridge of an aircraft carrier and was difficult to work out how to do basic tasks. If you are doing it every day OK, but for odd occasions on holiday it was a bit too much. My husband much appreciated the dishwasher. The cooker was fine and clean. On balance, a lovely property, probably most appropriate for adults rather than children. I do not remember seeing any games etc but we did not look.”

Extractor over cooker not working and light over sink in bathroom not working. We would definitely recommend this accommodation. ”

“We have exclusively rented Key's Properties in the town since 1990 but, apart from day visits, this was the first time we had stayed on holiday there for 15 years and Key's and especially Vista Court was our first choice. We were lucky to get a booked due to a full booking sheet but glad we did.
Vista court has great open views and is ideal to watch the sunsets. No 10 is on the first floor with car parking below. Access via concrete steps which would not be suitable for the very elderly or less abled
High pressure hot water is very good although a bit too strong. Kitchen very well equipped and plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses, etc. dishwasher, fridge freezer.
The over bath electric shower is good. Lighting OK but could be improved. Small bedroom actually has two beds in it not one as advertised but still adequate space.
Good sized balcony to sit out in warmer weather!
