Modern living and close to all the amenities Cromer has to offer, this property is fantastic for a seaside getaway as within easy reach of the cliff-top and access to the sea front and beach. There is a sociable lounge/diner leading to an enclosed patio at the rear of the property allowing you to relax as the evening sets in.
Ground floor: Recessed front door leads into: Open plan Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV and DVD player, dining table. WC with wash basin. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, with doors leading into garden.
First floor: Stairs leading to small landing with doors to: 1 double bedroom. 1 twin bedroom with balcony to the front of the house. Family bathroom: with shower over bath, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Outside: enclosed, patio area to the rear of the property with seating. Bed linen and towels provided. Please Note: This property has an additional £20.00 applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Pet considered, please enquire. Location: beach 450 metres, pubs and shops a 3-minute stroll.

“We found the accommodation spotlessly clean. And everything would have been great if we'd eaten out. As it was the range of cookware supplied was limited, and we had to wash several items before we could cook. Also, though we did find the user manual for the oven, this was a bit of a hunt. We left that manual on easy display for the next person. Otherwise...fantastic place! ”

“This little home was ideal for a week away from home. There was every amenity at hand. The location was ideal for my friend and I, as we travelled to Cromer using public transport, so everything we needed was within easy walking distance. Coming back to the house in the evenings was very pleasant, as we were able to relax comfortably after an exhausting day. The little luxury touches did not go unnoticed, like the milk and bottle of wine upon arrival. Overall I would recommend this property as ideal for a couple of friends, even a small family, plenty of room and very comfortable.”

“We had a lovely time staying in Cromer at 9 Canada road and just a short walk to the beach was perfect for us. The only thing I’d suggest is getting WiFi. There’s not many places you’d stay in this day and age that doesn’t have it. Also, the broken shower/bath knob I’d imagine is a quick job which surely could be fixed for the comfort of the guest.”

“Lovely short break. We were very lucky with the weather but also lucky with our choice of accommodation. 9 Canada Road is well appointed, very clean and well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower powerful. We parked in the car park opposite and bought a 3 day ticket so we could come and go as we wanted. All in all an excellent place to stay.
