“The cottage was at the end of a road which was a few minutes walk from the sea. It is easier to access via Beeston Road so you miss the busy High Street. The cottage itself was very comfortable and the outside area was very useful in the warm weather. The kitchen was mainly in a very good condition but the freezer part of the fridge had its door missing. It is very well equipped in case of the need to go downstairs in the dark. The car parking space is small but very handy. I think the neighbours have had problems with people parking and turning in their property but we had no problem. We had a very enjoyable week. ”

“Excellent location. Easy access to town and coastline on foot. Good to have off road parking. Cottage comfortable.”

“Lovely little cottage, super location for a beach holiday. Were able to walk everywhere and train / bus for further away adventures with my grandson . Would definitely book again ”

“Nothing negative to say, spot on for a stay in sheringham . Close enough to everything for easy access, far enough to be nice and quiet.”

“We loved the position of this cottage so close to the sea and town and it was great to have the parking area. Comfy and clean inside. Outside lots of brambles had grown at front and large weeds and cobwebs near back door. Windows outside needed a bit of a clean . Spotless inside ”

“This cottage is lovely, it is ideally located for both the beach and the town. The parking space is a great bonus. It has everything you need and is clean and comfortable.. It just needs a little bit of TLC here and there, the courtyard is limited, lovely and sunny but not set out very well. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.”

David S

“A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The kitchen was excellent with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Nice bathroom with good shower. As it is an old traditional home the staircase was steep but had a very secure handrail . The cottage is very conveniently placed for easy access to the beach and the many shops. Only a 10 min walk to the railway station to ride on the steam train. I would definitely recommend this holiday home. ”

“This far exceeded my expectations. It was thoughtfully decorated & equipped (there was even a DVD player which we weren't expecting) & spotlessly clean. Both the parking & outside space were a real plus - lovely to sit out with an early cuppa. By cutting through cliff road car park you are literally minutes from the sea. I should have liked a little more hanging space- just 2 of us & we filled it all up but there were plenty of drawers & also lots of cupboard space in the kitchen which you don't always get in self catering.”

“We really enjoyed staying in this house in October half term. Sherringham is a lovely seaside town, with beautiful beaches and lots to do at all times of year. The house is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Sherringham and the sea. It has its own parking, which is really useful. Inside, it was clean and comfortable. It's a pretty, well-appointed little house with lovely views of gardens from the back and we really enjoyed our week.”

Julia B

“A convenient pace to stay. Simple accommodation, but as described. Parking space adequate. Stairs quite steep.”

Ian B

“A Brilliant location for a short stay in Sheringham, with off street parking enough said. The house inside was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the convenience of being in Sheringham meant that we could leave the car parked and walk everywhere.<br />
