Boasting a fabulous, spacious kitchen leading out to the lovely patio garden - the perfect space for al fresco dining and with a parking space this house will not fail to impress you. Located on a quiet residential street in the popular seaside village of Sheringham and close to the beach, shops, cafes and train station - why not leave the car and explore the area on foot or by train or bus! From the property, you are a few minutes’ walk away from the sandy beach and coastal path.
Ground floor: Entrance hallway with door leading to: Open plan Kitchen/Dining room with dining table and a feature woodburner, fridge and freezer, range style oven with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, microwave with Patio doors: leading outside to patio and garden. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge/freezer. Double doors leading into Lounge: with fireplace, TV, DVD player and bay window. Downstairs WC and washbasin.
First floor: Stairs leading to: Double bedroom: with a king size bed. Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds. Family Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Please note: Amenities: Wifi. Off road parking for 1 car. Amenities: Bed linen and towels provided, 2 x well-behaved dogs at £20.00 per pet per week (not allowed upstairs or in lounge). High Chair. Retractable stairgate at top of stairs. Location: beach 0.3 miles, local shops 0.3 miles.

The addition of off-road parking is particularly useful as Sheringham isn’t the easiest place to find a free parking spot. ”
