With lovely sea views from the front courtyard and a parking space, it is the perfect getaway, within easy walking distance of the shops, cafes, train station and all Sheringham has to offer. Step outside and you are on the Norfolk Coast Path, where you can enjoy a wonderful walk from Sheringham, along the clifftops with stunning views and through parkland and woods.
Ground floor: communal hall leading to Front Door into entrance hall with doors leading to:
Open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge: Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven with induction hob, microwave and washer/dryer. Lounge area with comfortable corner sofa and 43" Smart TV with DVD player, dining table and four chairs with double doors leading out to a small courtyard with sea views. Door to: Double bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe with patio doors leading out to a small courtyard. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds and TV. Family bathroom: walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
Amenities: Outside: Courtyard garden with seating. Amenities: bed linen provided, please bring your own towels, pets not permitted, allocated parking space. Location: beach 100 meters, local shops 0.4 miles.

“Despite the atrocious weather and the steep hills we had a great time. Sheringham is a very nice town with a proper high street. Plenty of places in town and surrounding area to eat well.
