“Corner House is very well provided for and in a good position. Car parking a bonus here. Short walk to all facilities and local train and bus services excellent. We were a party of 4 pensioners and apart from the stairs to the 2nd floor which were steep but two rails provided everything else great. Would recommend.”

“Corner House is in a perfect location for all amenities in Sheringham. Close to shops, beach and transport. Very clean with superior furnishings. We had a problem with a noisy smoke alarm and it was dealt with efficiently. One of the nicest houses we have visited. The stairs up to the 3rd floor are steep, difficult for older people to access but 2 rails provided. Fabulous bathrooms and 2 bedrooms en suite. Would highly recommend.”

“Lovely big house with all amenities. Fantastic bathrooms. Nice and clean. Comfy beds/pillows. Great that the dog is allowed. Well equipped. Great location for the town and beach. Thought it would be noisy on the junction but it wasn't. Great TVs.
Our only negatives would be 1) car parking spaces are very small and it is very hard to get into the driveway with the brick walls, tree, and parked cars. 2) no frying pan 3) we weren't told that towels, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc were provided. 4) Didn't like having to strip beds, take out bins, put out wheelie bins, and get the key back to the letting agency by 9am - A damper to the end of our holiday as such a rush and had to get up really early to do this and then a long drive home so very tiring. ”

“Very large comfortable house.
Spotlessly clean
Located in centre of Sheringham, two minutes from shops and seafront.
Kitchen very well equipped.
New comfortable lounge furniture.
Very spacious dining room.
Lovely conservatory next to kitchen.
Ample parking spaces for two cars.
Would recommend. ”

“This is a wonderful rental property. Positioned excellently. it’s short walk to either the beach and town centre. There are two allocated parking spaces outside, and one for the attached annex, which is a separate rental property. The spaces are a little cosy, we had a Mondeo estate and Ford Kuga. Access is via a side gate which is large enough. Manoeuvring into the bays is a little challenging, but no real issue.

There is a small gated garden to the side of the house. Access is either via the front door or the conservatory door, we tended to use this as it leads into the small sun trap of a conservatory, and the directly into the kitchen.
The house is split over three floors, and is pleasantly decorated and has good quality fittings and furniture.
Ground floor has a decent sized kitchen with plenty of storage. Gas hob and electric oven. Microwave etc. watch for the step between the kitchen and hall. large dining room off they hall as I’d the excellent sized lounge. There is TV, but we didn’t use it.
Stairs lead to the first floor. Large family bathroom. My only minor comment. I’m only 5 foot 4 so found the bath (positioned in the middle of the room) a little difficult to use. Two large bedrooms. One with twin beds and on-suite, second with large double bed, on-suite and walk in wardrobe.
Fitted Gate on stairs, which is fantastic if you have small children.
Stairs to top floor. We found these to be a little shallow and steep. Banisters on both side are a great help.
Top floor. Another family bathroom. Toilet is small entrance room, leading to the Large bath which we found easier to use. Mind the step as you go through.
Two further bedrooms off a good size landing. First large double bed. No wardrobe. This is located on the landing.
There is, just about a sea view from the bedroom window. Second bedroom has twin beds and a very bright covered floor. Very much like a children room.
We found the beds very comfortable. My only minor comment was the rooms never felt warm. Heating didn’t seem to work well up there and the towel rails never came on. The weather for some of our stay was quite chilly, and the rooms didn’t warm up.
We loved staying here, and wouldn’t hesitate in booking it again.
Given it’s wonderful location once parked I didn’t use my car again for the duration of the stay lots to do, perhaps less for children when the weather is inclement so no beach.
Whilst on the beach with our granddaughter. We used Whelks copper for our take away coffee and tea. Ideal to keep us warm. During the season there are a number of first rate cafes along the front.

“Nice large house nicely decorated and the furniture is lovely. Very easy walk 5 minutes to the sea front and the town with plenty of shops and cafes and takeouts . A big bonus for the house is the off street Parking as in peak holiday season it’s hard to find .
I would definitely book this house again and recommend it to others .

“Really lovely house, clean and comfortable with lots of room. Very close to beach and all local amenities.

“Lovely, well-maintained property with very modern decor. I’m not sure whether it’s recently been redecorated or refurbished, but I wouldn’t be surprised given the condition and cleanliness. It’s also only a very, very short walk to the sea front, and if you cut through the car park opposite you can be on the high street within 2 minutes.
Perfect location for the town and the sea front. Highly recommended!
