“Really enjoyed my week in Sheringham at Gull View. The property was spotless and it was nice to have been left tea, coffee, milk and some extremely delicious cookies. Waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the sea only metres away is unforgettable, and being on my laptop or eating by the window in the living room while watching the waves was brilliant. Perfectly positioned for all the amenities of Sheringham and the parking space was very welcome. Planning to return as soon as I can.

“We had a very relaxing stay in this lovely apartment. The property is better than the photos, the location is prefect for enjoying coastal walks and the town itself. The welcome pack was a great start to our break. The view from the breakfast bar was very relaxing, the sea being very close but also far enough away in rough weather. It's also nice to have excellent satellite tv reception and good wi-fi too. The allocated parking is also very handy in a place like Sheringham. We are looking forward to our next stay in Sheringham and in particular Gull View.

“We have stayed at Gull View a few times now and it is just perfect. Looking out over the fisherman's slope to the sea and being able to listen to the waves and watch the world go by is so relaxing. Having your own parking space is a bonus, rather than trying to find a space in the street or pay to park at Morris Street car park. The flat is well looked after and incredibly clean. The cleaners do a great job. We are very much looking forward to our next stay. ”

“Everything was in good condition and had been well thought out. The welcome hamper was well received, great cookies! My only suggestion would be a large mirror on the wall in both bedrooms. The mirror in the double bedroom was useless to me as at 5’2” I couldn’t see in it! Having said that I would definitely stay here again.”

“My daughter & I spent a week at Gull view & didn't want to leave. The property was immaculate, the welcome tray full of goodies & a hand written postcard from the owner was a lovely welcome. The views from Gull view are stunning & to be able to go to sleep & wake up to the sounds of the sea was bliss. When I wasn't out doing a coastal walk, I was glued to the little breakfast bar type table by the window, watching the sea. The location is amazing, just round the corner is a lovely tea room which we frequently visited, we watched a play at Sheringham Little Theatre & had a ride on the steam train. There is nothing I can fault about Gull View, it's perfect for couples & small families. I really didn't want to leave & will hopefully be returning next year.”

“This was our second stay at Gull View, with third booked. You will be hard pushed to find a better location than this. Gull View is a top floor flat located just a stones throw from the fisherman's slope and the beach, with great views from the living room. It even has a breakfast bar type bench with high chairs/stools so you can sit and watch the world go by. It's also lovely to hear the waves crashing while you lie in bed. Gull View has its own allocated parking space in the private car park, which is ideal, as it can be hard to find a spot in the street. The building is very quiet. Although there are 6 flats, we heard no voices etc.
The flat was incredibly clean and fresh. Not a speck of dust or hair in sight! You can control the central heating yourself. A lovely tray of welcome goodies awaits in the kitchen, which is a special touch, some of the items being sourced locally. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils etc you will need, with a coffee machine as an extra. The bed linen and towels were very good quality and we loved the nautical decor. We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Gull View and were sorry to have to leave! ”

The flat is very handy for the beach, town centre and all sheringhams attractions,plus the benefit of car parking. “The car parking area is a real bonus and is a good space.

On entering Gull View the impact, and first impression, was instant, it was tidy, very clean, and very welcoming.

The bedrooms were spotless and very well presented, we loved the 'skeleton' oak wardrobes in each and the second tv in the twin room an added bonus.
The bathroom, again very well appointed, very clean, very tidy, plenty of towels available, and it all worked well.
The sitting room, again well appointed, very comfortable, great views of the 'fishermans slope' and the promenade.
The breakfast bar built in front of the window is a really fantastic addition, sitting there with a coffee etc looking out over the sea, etc. well done to who thought of that one.
The nest of tables were very useful.
The TV worked very well.
And then there is the kitchen, very well appointed, very clean, tidy, and very workable. The coffee machine produces excellent coffee, we have already obtained one on our return home.

But the final touch, that dotted the 'i's' and crossed the 't's' for us was the gratuitus basket of very usable items, left for us to use, and take home, a really, really nice touch, and pretty unique in our experiences in Sheringham.

“I expected nothing from this thinking you would only just be able to see the sea. Instead you have a fantastic sea view and everything you could want in a flat. You are also right in the heart of Sheringham with some excellent restaurants at a price that is realistic unlike most of North Norfolk. You left feeling you had had a fantastic value for money stay.”

“This is a perfect place right in the middle of Sheringham, we didn't want to leave, It had everything we needed for our stay, The seaview was fantastic we even did some cold water swimming which was brilliant, the apartment was spotless, The only criticism to make and it's my preference I would like to see a drainer on the kitchen sink and a bigger mirror in the bedroom but like I said it's my preference, but definitely we hope to return to Gull view very soon ”

“We felt Gull View was very clean and well equipped and beds were comfortable. It was great for a family of 2 adults and 2 young children but not big enough for 4 adults. The location was splendid and the view amazing but unfortunately you couldn’t sit and watch the sea as no higher stools available for looking out at window height.
Also felt that on first arrival impression of communal entrance and stairways were shabby and muddy ... however the flat was not shabby at all and the welcome pack was a lovely and well received extra. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again but with less people. Thank you. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Gull View in June 2021. The property is in a great location for strolls along the seafront and popping in to the little town.
The apartment is very clean with everything you would need for a stay. The welcome basket on arrival was such a lovely touch and we all enjoyed a cuppa and a biscuit after a long drive. Everything in the apartment is super comfy with a relaxed holiday feel.
Having the sea view was lovely and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of the waves at night. We will definitely return.. ”

“Excellent location and clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and found it fascinating to watch the fishermen as they launched their boats.
Take some binoculars with you to get a good view of the different birds and the cargo ships in the distance.

Lying in bed at night you could hear the sea. Inside, Gull View was bright, airy, clean and comfortable. The furnishing is stylish and cheerful. Wi Fi was very good.”
