“Only a few steps from the beach and town, Gull View is well equipped and furnished and most things seem new. There was also a substantial welcome tray of locally produced goodies. I could have sat at the high window and watched the sea for hours. (FYI, the view isn't visible from the sofa if that matters to you.) As is clear from the description, there are sloping rooves but I didn't find them in the way. ”

“This was our second visit to Gull View &amp; it was as wonderful as our first. The apartment was immaculately clean, welcoming &amp; has everything you need for your stay. Gull View has beautiful views of the sea &amp; I absolutely loved falling asleep &amp; waking up to the sound of the waves. My daughter &amp; I spent every day on the beach, sea glass hunting, watching the sunset &amp; just relaxing. I did the coastal walk to Cromer which was lovely &amp; also took the coastal hopper bus to Blakeney. We had an absolutely wonderful week at Gull View &amp; I really didn&#39;t want to leave.<br />

“We had a very relaxing stay in this lovely apartment. The property is better than the photos, the location is prefect for enjoying coastal walks and the town itself. The welcome pack was a great start to our break. The view from the breakfast bar was very relaxing, the sea being very close but also far enough away in rough weather. There is nothing I can fault about Gull View, it&#39;s perfect for couples &amp; small families. I really didn&#39;t want to leave &amp; will hopefully be returning next year.”

“This was our second stay at Gull View, with third booked. You will be hard pushed to find a better location than this. Gull View is a top floor flat located just a stones throw from the fisherman&#39;s slope and the beach, with great views from the living room. It even has a breakfast bar type bench with high chairs/stools so you can sit and watch the world go by. It&#39;s also lovely to hear the waves crashing while you lie in bed. Gull View has its own allocated parking space in the private car park, which is ideal, as it can be hard to find a spot in the street. The building is very quiet. Although there are 6 flats, we heard no voices etc. <br />
The flat was incredibly clean and fresh. Not a speck of dust or hair in sight! You can control the central heating yourself. A lovely tray of welcome goodies awaits in the kitchen, which is a special touch, some of the items being sourced locally. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils etc you will need, with a coffee machine as an extra. The bed linen and towels were very good quality and we loved the nautical decor. We felt very relaxed and comfortable at Gull View and were sorry to have to leave! ”

On entering Gull View the impact, and first impression, was instant, it was tidy, very clean, and very welcoming. <br />

The bedrooms were spotless and very well presented, we loved the &#39;skeleton&#39; oak wardrobes in each and the second tv in the twin room an added bonus.<br />
The bathroom, again very well appointed, very clean, very tidy, plenty of towels available, and it all worked well. <br />
The sitting room, again well appointed, very comfortable, great views of the &#39;fishermans slope&#39; and the promenade. <br />
The breakfast bar built in front of the window is a really fantastic addition, sitting there with a coffee etc looking out over the sea, etc. well done to who thought of that one. <br />
The nest of tables were very useful.<br />
The TV worked very well.<br />
And then there is the kitchen, very well appointed, very clean, tidy, and very workable. The coffee machine produces excellent coffee, we have already obtained one on our return home.<br />
<br />
But the final touch, that dotted the &#39;i&#39;s&#39; and crossed the &#39;t&#39;s&#39; for us was the gratuitus basket of very usable items, left for us to use, and take home, a really, really nice touch, and pretty unique in our experiences in Sheringham.<br />

You are also right in the heart of Sheringham with some excellent restaurants at a price that is realistic unlike most of North Norfolk. “We felt Gull View was very clean and well equipped and beds were comfortable. It was great for a family of 2 adults and 2 young children but not big enough for 4 adults. The location was splendid and the view amazing but unfortunately you couldn&rsquo;t sit and watch the sea as no higher stools available for looking out at window height.<br />
Also felt that on first arrival impression of communal entrance and stairways were shabby and muddy ... however the flat was not shabby at all and the welcome pack was a lovely and well received extra. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again but with less people. Thank you. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Gull View in June 2021. The property is in a great location for strolls along the seafront and popping in to the little town.<br />
The apartment is very clean with everything you would need for a stay. The welcome basket on arrival was such a lovely touch and we all enjoyed a cuppa and a biscuit after a long drive. Everything in the apartment is super comfy with a relaxed holiday feel.<br />
Having the sea view was lovely and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of the waves at night. We will definitely return.. ”
