“This was a very nice property, well equipped, in a small and attractive development with lovely views. A good base from which to see all that north Norfolk has to offer. The welcome "goodies" were much appreciated. We were lucky we had excellent weather and took advantage of the lovely garden. Our dog Bertie settled happily and enjoyed his walks. Should we pass this way again we would not hesitate to rebook.

“We had a wonderful week at this property. Extremely clean and well equipped, and everything had been thought of. Lovely to receive a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and cake, and the masks and hand sanitiser were a kind thought in these strange times. Very quiet day and night which suited us. We hope to be back soon!

“We had a lovely week in this perfect little house. Everything was immaculate. So clean and well equipped. Some lovely touches like face masks, tea, cake, biscuits, milk and proper coffee. It was extremely quiet and peaceful - just what we wanted. The walk into Cromer past the zoo and fields was beautiful - we saw deer, pheasant, horses, foxes and lots of birds on the way. Would definitely stay here again.”

“ Hi Lisa & Richard, we stayed at your lovely Park View home last week. Just wanted to say thank you as we really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and we'd definitely stay again if we return to Cromer. Your neighbour thought we were the first to stay - we felt very privileged! Kind regards, Clare & Chris
