Clarendon is a wonderful three-storey Victorian home offering generous, dog-friendly accommodation right in the centre of Sheringham. With five bedrooms, multiple sociable living spaces, and the beach just a short stroll away, it’s the perfect base for large families or groups looking to enjoy the best of the North Norfolk coast. Step inside to original Victorian features, high ceilings, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The welcoming lounge, elegant dining room, and well-equipped kitchen make it easy to relax together after days spent exploring the seaside. Spread across three floors, the five bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. From the spacious master bedroom with its bay window to the cosy top-floor double with a glimpse of the sea, there’s room for all ages to feel at home. A small front garden and a private rear courtyard provide quiet spots to enjoy a morning coffee or store beach gear after a day by the sea. Clarendon sits just moments from Sheringham’s shops, cafés, pubs, and the sandy beach. The train station is a three-minute walk away, giving easy access to Cromer, Norwich, and the heritage North Norfolk Railway.

This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Whilst there is no parking at the property, the Cliff Road or Station car park are close by and both weekly and annual passes are available to purchase.Location: beach 0.2 miles, cafes and shops a 1-minute stroll.
