“The house was perfect for a family gathering from around the country. The kitchen diner was large enoughh to accomodate all for games and eating. Having a downstairs bedroom was a plus for the less agile. The house was so warm on this bitterly cold weekend.”

“Lovely property, very nearly perfect for us. Pretty much everything supplied that we would need, and some welcome food and toiletry supplies on arrival was nice. Property was nice and spacious, and those that can’t tackle the relatively steep stairs can use the downstairs twin bedroom which is handy.
Small negatives were that better wifi could be installed and the addition of a tumble dryer (and/or outside washing line) as we did stay for two weeks, and the property would be pretty much spot on for all.”

“Paddlestop House is a lovely holiday home. The owners have clearly put a great deal of care into the property and it genuinely feels like a home away from home. So many little thoughtful touches in every room - thoroughly recommend staying here!

“The accommodation was excellent in every way. Paddlestop House is very near to the seafront and within easy walking distance for Grandad, The fascinating main shopping street is a a stones throw away. The cliff walk to Weybourne was loved by the younger members of our family and of course Jimmy, the dog. The house itself is beautifully furnished and decorated. The small garden is perfectly designed providing opportunities for outdoor eating and a performance by the grandchildren. And Sheringham continues to hold a special place in our hearts. ”

Christine L

“We had a mass family holiday in Sheringham, staying in various houses. Paddlestop was definitely a winner! Modern, comfortable, well equipped and ideally situated. The outside space was ideal.. We would definitely return.”

N Weston

“Luxurious accommodation in a perfect position. Owners have thought of everything and provided little extras which were so thoughtful. We have travelled extensively and it met all our expectations. 10/10. Highly recommend”

Beverley K

“This property was the perfect location for the High Street and beach. Very well presented and very well equipped. Modern feel but still in keeping with a period property.”

James H

“Very comfortable, spotlessly clean, spacious house. Easily accommodated three generations. Everything you could possibly need was provided, including cleaning materials, dish washer and washing machine tablets for the week. A generous welcome basket upon arrival.
High quality furnishings and decor. The off road parking space was an added bonus. The outside space at the rear was potentially very useful although during our visit the weather didn't allow us to take full advantage. ”

Richard C

“We came for a family celebration and Paddlestop House was just perfect. It accommodated us all so well and had everything we could possibly need. We’ve stayed in Sheringham many times and this property is probably the best we’ve had. Ideally situated for the beach and town so easy to just enjoy all lovely Sheringham has. Great to have some outside space (bigger than we thought it would be) and off road parking for one vehicle was really helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this property. ”

Malcolm S

“WE spent a cosy, relaxing week. The house is a short walk to both the town & beach so hardly used our car during stay. Extremely well equipped, with everything you could possibly need.”

Angela S

“An extremely clean and comfortable accommodation and very well placed for both sea and shops. Garden facilities very good and thought given to visiting children with games etc. thoroughly recommended,”

D Barratt

“I am more than happy to review our stay in paddlestop house as it was excellent in every way. There was a lovely welcome basket and note which we enjoyed. Everywhere was very clean and there was plenty of crockery and cutlery in fact everything one might need for a comfortable holiday. The children were well catered for and the out outside facilities were excellent. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and hope we may return some time. ”

Daphne B

“A clean, well equipped, well located house. Everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The generous welcome pack was an added bonus. We have stayed at numerous locations in and around Sheringham in the past, but this was by far the best ! We look forward to going again sometime.”

Wendy R

“Lovely clean spacious house , with everything needed for an enjoyable stay , only a short walk to the beach or town centre.”

Graham S

“We stayed for the first week of the October half term with our 13 year old son and our English Springer Spaniel. It was the first holiday we have had in Norfolk and it will not be our last.
Hopefully we can stay at Paddlestop House again as cannot fault it. The house is in a great location only a few minutes walk to the shops, pubs, restaurants and beach. The house it self has everything one could wish for-it was extremely clean ,beds very comfortable ,the decor is beautiful and absolutely love the artwork.
The little touches such as the bread, butter, jam, milk and a bottle of wine in fridge for our arrival was extremely thoughtful especially after a long slow drive on a Friday night out of London-Dog treats also went down well. Would highly recommend Paddlestop House

Deborah J
