It's conveniently located in a quiet position in the heart of Sheringham, with an enclosed courtyard garden and off-road parking space, only a short walk to the shops and the award-winning beach.
Front door leading into the spacious hall with staircase, doors to Lounge: with Smart TV and DVD player, comfortable sofas, bay window and fireplace with woodburner. Open plan kitchen/diner: with large table to seat 8, patio doors leading out to the rear courtyard garden, door to Utility Room: with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge with freezer box and sink. Step up to the Kitchen: with induction hob and double electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer box and dishwasher. Shower Room: walk in shower cubicle, WC, and washbasin. Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds (can be zipped together to create Kingsized bed – please advise upon booking if required), wardrobe. Please note: Stair gate provided. 1 x Small, well behaved pet welcome @ £20.00 per week. Location: beach 0.2 miles, cafes and shops a 3-minute stroll. Train station a 5-minute walk.
