Little Lodge is a bright and welcoming two-storey maisonette set along one of Sheringham’s most desirable roads. Inside, you’ll find a modern kitchen-diner, a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, and two peaceful bedrooms arranged over the upper floor. The enclosed, mature garden offers a quiet spot to relax after a day exploring the North Norfolk coast — ideal for morning coffee, al-fresco dining or letting your dog enjoy some fresh air. Little Lodge sits in one of Sheringham’s most sought-after residential areas, just a short stroll from the beach, Promenade and Norfolk Coast Path. The town centre is close by, offering independent shops, cafés, restaurants and traditional seaside charm. Sheringham Golf Course is moments away, and the surrounding coastline is perfect for walking, wildlife spotting and exploring North Norfolk’s famous beaches.
Enter via the gate to the front door. Step up through the door opening into: lobby with door leading to staircase and Kitchen/Diner: Kitchen table with 4 chairs, newly fitted kitchen with electric hob and electric oven, fridge/ freezer and microwave, washing machine. Door to: Family bathroom: bath with shower over and washbasin. Staircase leading to small landing with closet, with doors to: step down into Lounge: Comfortable corner sofa, occasional chairs and smart TV. Double Bedroom: with double bed (use of closet on landing). Single Bedroom: with single bed and trundle bed (please advise upon booking if required). Family WC: WC and wash basin.
Outside: Enjoy a mature, enclosed garden with lawn and patio furniture — a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The secure garden is also perfect for guests bringing a dog.. Allocated parking space for 1 car. Please note this self contained annexe is attached to a house.
Please note: Bed linen and towels included. Wifi available. 1 well behaved dog welcome at £20.00 per week. Location: beach 0.2m. Sheringham Golf course 0.1m. Please note there is an additional £40 charge to cover the cleaning.
