WOW, with fantastic views of the golden sandy beach below and far out to sea this spacious, 3-storey, luxury home, boasts expansive views from many windows and is situated in an unrivalled, elevated position. The bright conservatory and outdoor patio offer the perfect place from which to sit and watch the sun go down after a busy day on the beach.
Ground Floor, with front door leading into the entrance hall with built in storage, staircase, door to WC with washbasin, door to spacious, open plan Kitchen/Lounge: with two comfortable sofas, armchair and gas effect woodburner, TV, blue tooth speaker, flowing into the Conservatory: with large dining table and 8 chairs, wicker sofa and armchair, underfloor heating, bi-fold doors leading out to the patio boasting stunning sea views. Kitchen area: with central island with induction hob, built in double electric wall ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Espresso coffee machine (please bring own pods) and microwave.
Staircase leading to first floor landing, with doors to Double bedroom: with Super Kingsize bed (can be split into twin beds – please advise upon booking if required) and sea views. Twin bedroom: with 2 single beds with sea views. Double bedroom: with double bed. Family shower: with walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
Staircase leading to second floor landing, with doors to Principal bedroom: with Kingsize bed, sloping ceilings and sea views. Family bathroom: with bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.
Outside: Allocated parking space for 1 car. Patio to rear with amazing sea views.
Please note: Travel cot (please bring own bedding) and highchair available. Fixed stairgates on all levels. Wifi. 1 x parking space outside property with a further allocated space in front of garage a short walk away. Bed linen and towels provided. Location: beach 130yds, local cafe a 4-minute stroll. Train station a 10-minute walk. Please note arrival time of 4pm. £150.00 refundable security deposit payable upon booking.

“This is a lovely, big property with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Its in a perfect location for sea lovers with views of the ocean from all the back windows. Other reviews have stated there are no wardrobes but hangers were provided for over the door for our stay. However hanging rails woulduv been more useful. Also the property needs blinds at the front door as you can see straight through the property which made us feel uncomfortable when workmen were right outside the house working on the carpark. Please also note the top floor has its own separate heating system which we didnt realise and had no heating up there for 2 days until it was easily resolved by Keys on the monday. However we would still love to stay here again and with these couple of tweaks itll improve this from a great property to a first class rental.”

“Amazing property. A gorgeous house in a perfect location. This house is lovely, although a few bits let it down, such as no wardrobes in any of the bedrooms, and there’s ample room for them, so a bit baffled why these were not provided and outside seating was cheap and inadequate, but overall the house was simply lovely.
Keys agents were very friendly and answered any questions I had, I’d definitely use them again and would be very happy to stay at this property again. Be advised, no WiFi (although I am informed this is being installed towards the end of 2023). ”
