Chalet 53 is a delightful, elevated, single storey chalet on Kings Chalet Park, Cromer, in easy reach of Cromer’s town and beach. Refurbished to a beautiful standard, this charming chalet welcomes families looking to break away from everyday life, spending time exploring the many pretty beaches and resorts in the surrounding area.
Just a few minutes' walk from Cromer's lighthouse, beach, and cliff top walks. The site provides a great location for a family holiday, with lots of space for children to play safely and a playing field nearby for ball games. Close by there is a scenic cliff-top walk that takes you from the Chalet Park to the centre of Cromer town with its great choice of restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes. A walk in the opposite direction takes you to the Royal Cromer Golf Club - a highly regarded coastal course with spectacular sea views. Chalet 53 is the ideal base for a truly quintessential English seaside holiday.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom with a double bed at the bottom and a 2ft 6” single bed at the top. Family shower room: with walk in shower, sink and WC. Open plan: Lounge/diner/kitchen: with electric hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and toaster. Dining table with chairs and corner sofa, with TV and heaters.
Outside: Set in an elevated position overlooking a large communal lawn with established flower beds. Please bring own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Amenities: Communal parking spaces close to the property. Location: beach 900 meters, shops a 15-minute stroll. Pets welcome at £20.00 per pet per week. Please note: There is a coin slot meter for electricity, which accepts both £1 and £2 coins.
