Just a short walk from Sheringham’s award-winning beach, independent shops, cafés and the famous North Norfolk Railway, this modern retreat is ideal for families, couples and small groups looking to explore the best of the North Norfolk coast. With private parking for two cars, an enclosed garden overlooking the heritage steam railway, two bathrooms and a bright, contemporary interior, The Hive provides everything you need for a relaxing seaside getaway. Whether you’re planning scenic coastal walks, beach days, steam-train adventures or simply a peaceful break by the sea, this stylish cottage places you right at the heart of Sheringham’s most loved attractions.


Enter via the path from the parking space into the rear garden, step up to the back door opening into: Garden Room: with sofa and chairs with door to downstairs Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Door to: Kitchen: with electric hob and double electric oven, slimline dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine (please bring own pods). Open plan Dining/Living Room: with dining table and 4 chairs. Living Area: with comfortable sofa, armchairs, Smart TV and fireplace with electric fire. Door leading to front door. Open tread staircase leading to first floor landing with doors to: Double Bedroom: with zip and link King size bed (can be made into twin beds, please advise upon booking), built-in wardrobe, bedside tables, drawer unit and mirror. Twin Bedroom: with 2 single beds, bedside table, built in double wardrobe incorporating dressing table. Family shower room: corner shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Outside: Relax in the enclosed rear garden, complete with patio furniture and wonderful views across the heritage steam railway towards Beeston Bump. A perfect spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding. 2 x allocated parking spaces.
Please note: Bed linen and towels included. Wifi available. This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges. Location: beach 0.5 miles. Sheringham Golf course 0.3 miles - 6-minute walk. Pets not permitted.
