Blue Haven is a bright and contemporary self-catering holiday home in Cromer, offering a peaceful setting within easy reach of the Blue Flag beach, iconic pier, independent shops, and scenic coastal walks. This well-equipped property provides a comfortable base for families, couples, walkers, and golfers looking to explore the best of the North Norfolk coast.
Ground Floor
The front door opens into a welcoming hallway with access to a cloakroom with WC and washbasin and stairs rising to the first floor. A door leads into the comfortable sitting room, furnished with a corner sofa and Smart TV, creating a relaxing space to unwind after days exploring the North Norfolk coast. This room flows into the open-plan kitchen/breakfast room, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, built-in electric oven, gas hob, and fridge/freezer—ideal for easy self-catering holidays in Cromer. French doors open directly onto the rear garden, with a gate providing convenient access to the parking area.
First Floor
The first-floor landing leads to all rooms. The principal bedroom features a double bed, built-in wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin. The twin bedroom includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers, offering flexible accommodation for families or friends. A modern family bathroom provides a bath with shower over, WC, and washbasin.
Outside
The enclosed garden includes a lawn, outdoor seating, and a pergola—perfect for enjoying sunny days or relaxing evenings. A rear gate leads to two allocated parking spaces, offering secure and convenient access.

Train station (Roughton Road) 5 minute walk (regular trains to Sheringham and Norwich and beyond). Cromer Golf course 4 minute drive. Cromer town centre 0.8 miles, 17 minute walk. For walkers, on the doorstep is a pleasant walk along the public footpath to the National trust property of Felbrigg Hall, which hosts many events throughout the year, there is also nearby easy access to the many coastal footpath walks. Amazonia Zoo is also within a 5 minute walk.

“Blue Haven is a lovely home from home it is so clean and tidy. In a great location just a short walk down into Cromer with two parking spaces in a quiet area. The bedrooms are spacious and ideal for 4 adults as there are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. A lovely garden to sit in which is enclosed and very safe for dogs. A welcome pack and milk welcomed us after a long journey. A really lovely home and we would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. ”
