Kitchen area: with large, central island, electric hob and electric double wall oven, built in fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, the kitchen also benefits from a full width glazed high level roof light, flooding the kitchen with light. Door leading to: Cloakroom: with WC and washbasin. Staircase leading up to landing with doors to: Twin Bedroom: with two 3ft, single beds, hanging rail and bedside table with lamp. Double Bedroom: with King sized double bed, bedside tables with lamps, TV, wardrobe and door to small south facing balcony with table and two chairs.
